About Eva's Pastries
Eva's Pastries Inc. was born in November 2015 as a wholesale pastry shop. Due to high public demand for the unique products, the business was moved to 139 Lynnfield Street, Peabody MA, allowing for retail space. Eva's Pastries is a pastry shop focusing on traditional Greek and Dominican pastries using top quality ingredients. All of our food is 100% handmade and 100% natural! Simple as butter, sugar, flour and Agapi (love).
Chef Danny G
Chef Danny G is a Boston chef who is passionate about the culinary field and being Dominican born, American raised, French educated, Peruvian infused and Greek influenced brings an array of cultures, styles and flavors to the plate. Amongst being a chef instructor at multiple locations, he has worked for a Bill Clinton organization in helping a community to have healthier eating habits with hopes of living a longer, healthier lifestyle. Partnered up with "Not an Ordinary, but an Extraordinary".
Pastry Chef Eva Nikolakakos
Chef Eva Nikolakakos is from Crete , Greece. A graduate from I.E.K. culinary college in 2008. Since then she has turned herself into a master in her craft, which adds to her expertise in creating the amazing products. She underwent a long intensive research period, including a 16 day trip to Greece visiting different parts of the country, islands and many locations in Massachusetts as well. Tasting and searching for products and ingredients is what truly confirms the need in the market for Eva's Pastries.
